Hello!
My name is Freddy Huertas owner/head trainer of NoFussMobility, and I am your personal at-home trainer.
I am nationally accredited through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and hold certificates in Corrective Exercise Specialization, Nutrition Coaching, Senior Fitness Specialization, and 1-on-1 Assisted Stretching.
I have worked with hundreds of clients right in The Villages and surrounding areas, here in Central Florida, with a strong focus on improving mobility and enhancing quality of life. With over 1,600 hours of hands-on experience in assisted stretching—specifically specializing in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)—I bring both expertise and care to every session.
I have a relentless passion for fitness and health that is rooted in evidence-based, scientific research—because you deserve results that are not only effective, but sustainable.
My Story, My Company's Roots.
Although I’ve always had an affinity for fitness—thanks in large part to my beautiful grandmother and her relentless passion for health and wellness—there was a particular event, or rather, a series of events that momentarily robbed me of my own.
More specifically, it took away my ability to move freely.

Ironically, it was because of this struggle that my deep desire to understand functional and preventative health truly emerged.
At sixteen, I was diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder called Paroxysmal Kinesigenic Dyskinesia—I know, quite the mouthful. It causes episodic, involuntary, movement-induced spasms that affect nearly every structural muscle in my body.
Simply put, anytime I made a movement—or even initiated one—there was a chance that an episode would occur. In my case, my limbs would twist in unnatural and uncontrollable ways.
It drove me to a very dark place. I lost confidence—not just in my identity, but in something as fundamental as the ability to move freely. I became withdrawn, self-conscious, and deeply discouraged. I stopped working out. I stopped socializing. I lost myself.
After countless visits to neurologists and research centers, one day, I stood in front of the mirror and asked myself a question that changed everything:
“Are you really going to let this condition define you? Control you?”
Enough is enough.

I started taking my health into my own hands. I returned to working out—even if I looked a little “off” during an episode. I cleaned up my diet, prioritized my sleep, and dove headfirst into studying health, fitness, and movement.
And while I may never be fully “cured,” I can confidently say that today, I have it under control—and I feel better than ever.
That experience sparked a promise I made to myself:
To build my value proposition so that I could help others in whatever way I can.
That’s why I became a personal trainer. That’s why I continue to pursue education in kinesiology, neurology, and physiology. Because I know—deeply and personally—what it feels like to lose the freedom of movement.
To feel imprisoned in your own body.
And I refuse to stand by while others go through the same pain.
Now, I have the privilege and honor of working in a retirement community, where limitations in movement are common—and I see it not as coincidence, but as a calling.
To help amazing individuals—each with beautiful, unique stories—become stronger, more capable, and more confident.
To empower them to live a life full of quality, not just quantity.
So if I may offer just one thing, it is this:
To continue empowering you with the freedom of movement—because you deserve to live life without limits.
