1. Services Offered

NoFussMobility provides fitness and wellness services including, but not limited to:

One-on-one personal training (in-home and hybrid formats)
Assisted stretching sessions
Program design and support through fitness software or mobile app

These services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Health Disclaimer

All programs provided by NoFussMobility are intended for general fitness, mobility improvement, and wellness purposes only.
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions or injuries.

Always consult with your physician or healthcare provider before starting any fitness or stretching program, especially if you have an existing health condition or have recently undergone surgery.

3. Assumption of Risk

By participating in our services, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may result from your participation in NoFussMobility programs.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions must be scheduled in advance. We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session rate at the discretion of NoFussMobility.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refunds for prepaid sessions or programs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Multi-session programs or packages may be subject to expiration dates or minimum commitment terms, as outlined in individual

agreements.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected via forms or sessions is kept strictly confidential and is never sold or shared with third parties.

By submitting your information through our website or services, you consent to being contacted via phone, email, or text, including messages related to scheduling, support, or program updates—even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry.
